Mail content scanning
Our system recognises spam even if the sender has not been blacklisted or has sent spam before. VersaCloud use sophisticated heuristics that identifies the mail message content. Spam email is quarantined for up to one month on our server and a web service is provided to allow users to release or reject potential spam emails. Daily, weekly and monthly reports are generated to allow you to assess the effectiveness of the system.
Rejection Notices
Senders of rejected emails are sent notifications so you don't have to worry that "mail goes missing". In the notification we explain why they we have had their email rejected and in most cases what they need to do in order to rectify the issue.
