Task Manager

VersaCloud's task manager is collaborative work group tasking system.

Using the task and workflow manager you can organise tasks effectively between staff members and even teams.

The workflow system allows the simple templating of business processes. Documents can be attached to tasks and workflows so that information required to complete the process is always easily to hand.

Contacts can also be attached to tasks and this information appears within the CRM system when the contact is viewed - alerting other users of the fact that tasks are in progress that involve a particular contact.

System events can be attached to task features. For instance an alert email could be sent when a task is added to a particular task queue prompting users to start work on the job.
