File Storage System
The file storage system is a plug-in to the CRM Module that allows documents to be stored in the system, classified and related to contacts.
From the CRM system files are uploaded directly to a contact record or an organisation record, where they can additionally added to one or more document categories.
From the file plug in control panel files can be uploaded directly and put into categories. The control panel allows you to add these files to many contacts either by selecting them directly or through use of contact groups.
Contacts groups from contacts that are related to a particular document or document category.
