With VersaCloud E-Survey creating, sending and analysing valuable feedback to even large groups of contacts is easy and because it is seamlessly integrated to our CRM the results can be accessed for individual contacts as well as for a specific survey.

Create surveys within the system and dispatch to groups of contacts via email using the VersaCloud E-Marketing function. The recipient follows a personal link embedded in the email to complete the survey and the system records the results which are associated with the client and can be viewed at any time.

Surveys can be used for many purposes, not just "traditional" marketing surveys. For instance, the updating of new terms and conditions can be sent to your clients and they can confirm that they have read and understood them.

Other uses include : organising events whereby a recipient can confirm attendance and indicate menu choices.

Once created a survey can be sent to recipients via the E-Marketing system.
