Opt-In Control
The Opt-In system is a plug-in to both the CRM module, the E-Marketing and the Web Registration modules.
The Opt-In system allows the contacts in your system to control what information they wish to receive from you.
The system allows you to define as many Opt-In configurations as you wish, allowing you to present different choices to contacts in different circumstances.
The choices made by contacts directly affect their contact group membership in the CRM system, allowing users to control their preferences seamlessly without anyone from your company having to get involved.
Contacts can choose to opt-out of email communication from the E-Marketing system without loss of any of their data. The system records information about the date and time that a contact made changes to their preferences in the CRM
