Client Portal System
The VersaCloud client portal system allows you to provide a method to convert client records into user accounts for your system, whilst keeping control of your information.
The client portal system works seamlessly with the E-Marketing System, the Web Registration system and the CMS system.
Invitations are created on the system and dispatched to contacts. Contacts can then create an account on the system using the special links in the invitation email.
The invitation has a 'use-by' date, after which it wont work and it also sets the privileges that users are allowed when they login to the system.
As well as allowing access to the system, the portal system can be used in conjunction with the Web CMS system to create a set of pages that only registered users can view. Once created the administration system allows you to view and control user accounts in real time.
