Website Content Management System (CMS)
Versacloud's content management system allows staff to edit web pages, and publish new pages without any knowledge of HTML, simply by 'point and click' using their web browser.
The system uses styles in a similar fashion to a word processor to allow users to update and create content simply and easily using a web browser. Images are uploaded to an image store to allow users to access and re-use images stored in the site on pages they design or update. Documents can be uploaded into the CMS document store to allow users to easily configure web downloads.
Navigation menus are automatically created when publishing new pages allowing the easy extension of an existing site without resorting hiring web developers to add extra navigation controls. Links to CMS webpages are automatically built by the system meaning that if your users create hyper-links to other pages on the site, they will always work, even you choose to move the page to another menu navigation.
VersaCloud provides a Global Variable system that allows you to change text instantly on many pages in one place - used effectively this can be a considerable time saver and Global Variables are also available for use in emails sent by the E-Marketing system.
The CMS also integrates tightly with the Client Portal System allowing you to create private parts of your website that only registered users can access.
The CMS integrates seemlessly with our CRM and E-Marketing modules. You can track the pages contacts view in response to marketing emails from the system. This gives you a powerful insight into the effectiveness of your E-Marketing strategy.
Pages that any contact has viewed in response to an email sent from the system are stored on the contact record so that it is available, along with all the other module information, when the contact record is viewed in the CRM. This information provides your sales effort with instant - real time unprecedented sales intelligence!
