Administration
The administration module is the "control centre" of the system. This is where you can create new users, assign access levels to individual users and even view a full audit of what every user has viewed, added or changed in the system. The administration module allows you to completely customise not only the way the system looks, but the manner in which the menus operate.
Change User Rights Immediately
Changes to access rights are enabled immediately, meaning an individual user does not have to enter the system in order that changes are made to their account.
If you wish to lock a user out of the system the change is also immediate. On the users very next button click or menu selection they will be denied access.
Full Audit Logging
The administration module provides full access to the audit subsystem. Every action taken by a user that changes data in the system, as well as all form visits are logged. It is easy to find out when users logged in, what actions they performed and which data they changed.
The Auditing system provides invaluable data to your organisation, by providing complete operational transparency as unlike many other systems no user can delete data without the system keeping a full record of the actions taken.
Secure Access Via Https
You have control over which forms are rendered using the secure web protocol https. You can change any form you desire to be served securely to your users, thus protecting your data from access by anyone snooping the network.
